T he China–Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) is a defining pillar of Pakistan–China strategic cooperation and a catalyst for Pakistan’s sustainable economic transformation. As CPEC enters its next phase of sustainable and results-driven implementation, our focus will be on evidence-based policymaking, innovation, and effective institutional coordination. Our priority is to ensure that this strategic partnership delivers broad-based economic dividends for the people of Pakistan

The Centre of Excellence for CPEC (CoE-CPEC) serves as Pakistan’s leading knowledge and research institution dedicated to supporting the strategic development of CPEC and aligning it with national development priorities under URAAN Pakistan. Through rigorous research, policy analysis, strategic dialogue, and stakeholder engagement, the Centre generates evidence-based insights to support informed decision-making. It will also identify new opportunities for cooperation under CPEC and the Belt and Road Initiative.

I commend the Centre of Excellence for CPEC for its continued contribution to strengthening Pakistan–China cooperation and advancing informed policy-making. I am confident that CoE-CPEC will continue to play an effective role in contributing to Pakistan’s sustainable and inclusive economic growth by promoting partnerships and by producing quality research.
